Added a new game, all rewards have been sent out unless you have donated decks in the last few days.

I am sorry about all the errors with the Halloween Advent. There were a few where I forgot to change the deck name for the day so if you got cards from the same deck multiple days you can keep those cards and still go back and claim the right ones. I don't want to jinx it but I looked over the code and I hope all the errors have now been fixed.
